Physical store open

The physical store is open. Shopping in store is also possible again.

Pick up in the store

Pick up of online orders is possible. You don't need to contact us for picking up your order. We will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If you visit before you have received thirs email, you may have to wait for your order to be ready.

Online store open

The online store will remain open.

Delivery of your order

Do I need to sign for my package?
To prevent physical contact you will not have to sign to receive your package. De deliverer will take a picture of your front door and house number as proof of delivery.

How does delivery via letter post work?
Letter post will be delivered as per usual, via mailbox.

Can I have my package be delivered to a pick-up point?
It is possible to send a package to a pick-up point.

When will I receive my order?
In the Netherlands, the number of packages and letters is much higher then usual. Because of this there are delays at the postal companies. It's possible that the delivery of your order will be impacted by these delays.

We are keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding the corona virus. We have and will base our choices in the well-being of our customers and employees. Apart from this, we will stay alert to the advice and measures given by the RIVM and the Dutch government.
