Replacing a part
Was your product still undamaged in its original packaging, but was a part missing or damaged when you unpacked the product? In this case, it is probably a manufacturing defect and it is wise to contact the manufacturer of the product immediately. Is your product from one of the brands below? Then contact us directly via the corresponding contact form. Don't forget to send your digital invoice, together with clear photos and a description of what is wrong with the product.

contact form. We will then contact you as soon as possible to provide a good solution.
The product is damaged
We recommend that you check the ordered products for any damage or defects immediately upon receipt. If it concerns damage to a game component, please contact the manufacturer as described above if possible. Was your package damaged upon delivery? Please take clear photos:
- | A photo of the entire outside of the package with the package label. |
- | A photo of the opened package taken from above. The contents and the protective inner packaging must be clearly visible. |
- | A photo showing the entire article. |
- | A detailed photo of the damage to the article. |
