What is Disney Lorcana ?
Discover Disney Lorcana, the Trading Card Game with your favorite Disney characters! Collect the most beautiful cards and build your own decks in The First Chapter, where traditional Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse, Aladdin and Elsa steal the show. As the world of Lorcana grows, new Disney characters are introduced into the game. Play the beautifully designed card game with a lot of depth in both gameplay and story, suitable for children and adults!
What is The First Chapter?
The First Chapter is the very first Disney Lorcana set. The First Chapter focuses on classic Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse, Aladdin and Elsa. The set launches August 18, 2023 with a number of different products. With three different starter decks, boosters, a Gift Set and a beautiful collection box in the Illumineer's Trove, this first set has everything a new Trading Card Game (TCG) needs to get off to a good start.
What comes after The First Chapter?
The next sets of Lorcana are already planned. The second set will be released on December 1, 2023 with a Prerelease event two weeks in advance on the weekend of November 18 and 19, 2023. Thereafter, four sets will be released each year, with the first set in 2024 likely to be released in March.

Rare cards
There are six different rarities, from most common to rarest, they are: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Legendary and Enchanted. You can see which rarity a card has by the symbol at the bottom of the card.
A booster consists of twelve cards of which six commons, three uncommons, two rare cards and a foil card that can have any rarity. Those two rare cards can be Rare, Super Rare or Legendary. The foil can also have the Enchanted rarity as the Enchanted cards are always foil.
